Alissa Andrew

Alissa Andrew

Alissa has a Bachelor’s degree in Special Education and is currently completing a Master's degree in Learning Disabilities. She was a Learning and Behavior Specialist in the public school system for 11 years and has been tutoring ACT/SAT, reading skills, written language, and study skills for the past 20 years. Alissa tutors the English, reading, science, and writing components of the ACT/SAT/HSPT. She also offers individualized support for K-12 Language Arts skills, specialized dyslexia reading programs, and high school and college essay writing. Reading instruction is her passion, and she has helped hundreds of students to excel. When she is not tutoring, Alissa loves hiking, reading, and cooking with her husband and two daughters.

Bridget Hatlestad

Bridget Hatlestad

Bridget has been tutoring students in ACT and SAT test preparation for more than eleven years. She has a Bachelor’s of Arts in English and a Master’s of Education in Curriculum and Instruction. She tutors the English, reading, science and writing components of the ACT/SAT as well as college essay writing. She is a mother of three children, and her youngest attends Naperville North High School. She loves to read, travel, volunteer at a local animal shelter and research genealogy.

Kirsten Mulligan

Kirsten Mulligan

Kirsten has enjoyed tutoring students in ACT and SAT math preparation and classroom math support for over eight years. She has a Bachelor’s of Science in Marketing and a Master’s of Business Administration. She is a mother of three children who attend University of Missouri, Naperville North High School, and Washington Junior High School. Through her work with hundreds of students, she enjoys watching their confidence in math grow especially when learning test taking strategies on how to approach difficult problems. Her hobbies include reading and volunteering at her church as a leader in religious education and youth ministry/mission trips. Kirsten tutors the math and science portions of the ACT/SAT as well as classroom math support including pre-algebra, algebra, geometry and trigonometry.
